Four environments, four shielding profiles
Tc-99m and I-131 dose preparation
SPECT isotopes demand lead-composite syringe shields with calibrated bore tolerances. Wall thickness is specified per vial activity level, not as a catalogue default.
Products: Syringe Shields, Vial Shields, L-Block Shields. Material: lead composite, 3–6 mm wall. Validated geometry for high-volume dispensing cycles.
F-18 and Ga-68 high-energy handling
511 keV annihilation photons require tungsten shielding. We machine tungsten bodies to sub-millimeter tolerances — lead composite is not substituted for dose-rate reasons.
Products: Tungsten Syringe Shields, Shielded PET Containers, Operator Shieldings. Material: 97% pure tungsten alloy. Geometry tested in active PET/CT centres.

Compounding and isotope handling
F-18, Ga-68, Zr-89 isotopes. 97% tungsten alloy bodies. Compact geometry for dose calibrators, PET dose dispensers, and transport containers in high-throughput suites.
Multi-isotope environments. Shielded containers, lead storage pots, and operator shieldings sized to compounding bench footprints — sterilization-cycle rated.
Tc-99m, I-131, Lu-177 isotopes. 3–6 mm lead composite walls. Syringe shields, vial shields, L-blocks, and operator screens — geometry per dispensing protocol.
